Skills are a poor proxy for directing an agent to follow your codebase conventions, use a CLI or perform a deterministic workflow.

Prefer coding the harness/agent directly.

Things like Pi extensions and Swamp make this possible today but I expect this to become the default across agents and tools, at least the open ones.
